2024 Phi Theta Pi Convention at Punderson Manor Lodge and Conference Center. Presented by the Grand Board.
Brothers,
It is time to set your schedules and make your room reservations. We have negotiated the room and cabin pricing for the convention. These rates are good until March 9, 2024. A deposit of the first night’s room, taxes and fees are due at the time of reservation. The room deposit remains fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to arrival. The room rates are established from 5/8/24-5/12/24.

Standard Double room —17 @ $119
ADA Accessible Standard Double room —1 @$119
These rooms (above) have fewer stairs to negotiate. If you have mobility issues. Mention that you do and ask to be on the “front” side.
The next rooms have access only by winding staircase. Worth the climb!

Estate King Room — 1 @ $119
The Hill Side Cottages are across from the Manor a short walk or drive. There are 3 ADA and pet friendly on our block.
Hillside Cottage — 5 @ $210
If we fill up the block in a timely manner, we should be able to get a few more cabins. If attendance is strong, we will fill the place with PTP Brothers.
